Our wanderlust bohemian wedding shoot took place in the woods of Truckee, California, where our bride enjoyed cocktails in her shibori lounge and wandered about taking bridal portraits and enjoying boho desserts. The shoot's color palette consisted of shades of blue and purple with gold accenting and incorporated natural wood elements as well as wanderlust details. Our bride's alternative bridal attire was beautiful with gold traveler's jewelry with an arrow necklace and compass engagement ring. Boho cookies and a berry vanilla naked cake were enjoyed. Our bride admired her gathered bouquet tied with shibori fabric while sitting in her peacock chair that was adorned with floral and wood painted bead garlands. The shibori boho cabana was the perfect lounge to relax in. Meringue cookies dusted with disco dust were enjoyed while relaxing in the day bed, and the floor sweetheart table incorporated sweet travel souvenirs such as Mr. & Mrs. vintage compass place cards and postcards. Our bar cart adorned with florals offered “Traveler in Love” cocktails with hand painted wood drink stirrers. No gathering is complete without favors to send guests off with. We displayed shibori bags for a DIY trail mix bar and wood burned travel tags for guests to enjoy for the trail home.
