Courtney and Bobby had an incredible multi-location autumn wedding in Santa Barbara! Courtney is a musician and music teacher, and Bobby is a chef, and their love of music, the culinary arts and wine made their wedding a unique, romantic experience for their guests! They chose to have soft blush tones, ivories, and taupe in their wedding party attire and table linens, paired with vibrant seasonal blooms and herbs in all of their floral arrangements. Gold and crystal accents added an extra touch of elegance. Jessica Fairchild Photography captured their day, which Tyler Speier Events made a dream come true!
An all-white Santa Barbara wedding
Guests gathered at the Historic Santa Barbara Club for pre-ceremony cocktails and appetizers, and they were surprised by an announcement to “Go Outside for an Adventure!” At the front of the patio, five large trolleys pulled up. While sipping champagne, guests received a scenic tour of Downtown Santa Barbara ending at Stearn’s Wharf, where they were seated for a ceremony overlooking the Santa Barbara Coast. The final trolley arrived with Courtney and her bridesmaids singing “Going to the Chapel,” and the ceremony began. The ceremony space featured a curly willow, eucalyptus, and garden rose arch created by Tyler Speier Events. Courtney chose to have bright blooms to contrast with the soft blue of the ocean, the green mountain skyline, and the natural wood of the wharf. After the ceremony, guests were escorted to the Tye Warner Sea Center for an unforgettable cocktail hour experience, where guests were able to interact with different sea creatures and enjoy gourmet appetizers and cocktails from Santa Barbara Catering Company. As the sun set, guests enjoyed their cocktails on the trolley ride back to the Santa Barbara Club, where an elegant evening with dinner and dancing ensued. The evening featured live music from Courtney's musical colleagues, a cupcake tasting station, and dancing and merriment late into the night. – Tyler
