Hannah and Daniel's October wedding in Wake Forest had a fabulous vintage vibe with tons of handmade details, including Hannah's wedding dress! Three Region Photography:
Hannah and Daniel are the definition of love conquers all. They had only been dating a short time before Hannah's cancer came back, forcing them to spend the majority of their 2 year relationship long distance. Because of medical bills, they had a very small budget for their wedding. Her dress was handed down from her grandmother who handmade it for her own wedding in the 1950s. The bridal bouquets were created by friends and family with elements of handpainted flowers, and the photos were taken at her husband's school, church, and their on-campus apartment – allowing the memory of their ceremony to become one with their everyday life. They decided to forgo cake and opt for an ice cream cart and light snacks and coffee for the reception.
